Location: the hotel was close to the jungle on an excursion, a wonderful restaurant and need in Leticia. The staff was very helpful and amiable and responsive to what we asked for. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with the furthest bedrooms, aircon and good Wi-Fi; everyone is welcome here.

The location was perfect, close to the city center but surprisingly quiet as the rooms faced the courtyard. The staff and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Considering the limited resources in the Amazonas region, this hotel is highly recommendable for families seeking a memorable experience!

In my wife's opinion, the only thing that could have been improved was the lack of hot water in the shower. While many say it's not necessary in the Amazon, a hot shower would have been great for our children after a long day of exploring.
